1 1/2 oz | rye whisky |
1/2 oz | cognac |
1 t | simple syrup |
4 dashes | Peychaud’s bitters |
1 dash | Angostura bitters |
2 drops | saline solution |
6 sprays | absinthe |
1 | lemon peel |
Coat glass with absinthe spray. Stir other ingredients over ice. Strain into rocks glass without ice. Express peel over drink then discard.
