Irish Coffee
| 1 1/2 oz | Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whisky |
| 1 tbsp | superfine sugar |
| 3 oz | hot brewed coffee |
| 1 oz | heavy whipping cream |
Pour the whisky into an Irish coffee glass. Add the sugar and coffee and stir quickly. Float a “collar” of cream on the surface by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
