Chamomile Syrup
Chamomile syrup is just simple syrup made with chamomile tea instead of water.
250g | granulated sugar |
250g | chamomile tea |
Brew chamomile tea with 250ml of boiling water. Once steeped, add 250g of sugar and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool then pour into squeeze bottle.
Tea can overpower cocktails. Don’t try and make super concentrated tea. If it comes out too strong, cut it with regular simple syrup.
