Whisky Flip
| 3 oz | rye whisky |
| 1 | whole egg |
| 1/4 oz | simple syrup |
| 1/3 oz | heavy cream |
| — | nutmeg |
Dry shake all ingredients except nutmeg. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish lightly with freshly grated nutmeg.
