Margarita

| 2 oz | tequila |
| 3/4 oz | Cointreau |
| 3/4 oz | freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 1/4 oz | agave nectar |
| 1 | lime wedge |
Chill a rocks glass in the freezer. Shake all ingredients with ice. Rim half of the glass with salt using the condensation that appears after removing the glass from the freezer. Add a large clear ice cube to the glass and double strain. Garnish with a lime wedge.
