The original recipe calls for orange curaçao. Neither are curaçao but Grand Marnier and Cointreau both work great.
|2 oz||aged rum|
|1/4 oz||orange liqueur|
|3/4 oz||freshly squeezed lime juice, with 1/2 spent lime reserved for garnish|
|1/2 oz||orgeat syrup|
|1/4 oz||simple syrup|
Pour the liquid into shaker and fill with cracked ice. Shake vigorously for a second then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with the spent lime hull.
