|2 oz||dry gin|
|3/4 oz||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|3/4 oz||simple syrup|
|3/4 oz||egg white|
|2 1/4 oz||soda water|
Dry shake all ingredients except soda water. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a fizz glass. Pour soda water into the empty tin and let it foam up the drink stuck to the edge. Pour into glass and allow to foam further.
