Gin Fizz
| 2 oz | dry gin |
| 3/4 oz | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 3/4 oz | simple syrup |
| 3/4 oz | egg white |
| 2 1/4 oz | soda water |
Dry shake all ingredients except soda water. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a fizz glass. Pour soda water into the empty tin and let it foam up the drink stuck to the edge. Pour into glass and allow to foam further.
