Flipside
Original recipe uses a smidge (5ml) less beer, bourbon instead of rye and no saline. It's delicious and doesn't taste like beer, egg or oil.
| 1 1/3 oz | rye whisky |
| 1 1/3 oz | Australian pale ale |
| 1/3 oz | olive oil |
| 1/2 oz | chamomile syrup |
| 3/4 oz | egg white |
| 2 drops | saline solution |
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe.
