Pisco Sour
| 2 oz | Campo de Encanto Pisco |
| 1 oz | freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 1 oz | simple syrup |
| 3/4 oz | egg white |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
Dry shake all ingredients except bitters. Add ice and shake again, excessively. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with single drop of bitters.
