Boothby Cocktail
| 1 oz | rye whisky |
| 1 oz | sweet vermouth |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 1 dash | orange bitters |
| 1 1/2 oz | sparkling wine |
| 1 | orange twist |
Stir whisky, vermouth and bitters over ice. Strain into a coupe. Express peel over drink then drop into glass.
